[Rhodes22-list] Mooring or slip info

Stephen, If he is interested in Westchester County, across the GWB, i think there may be some options at City Island and along the coast to Rye.  If he's interested in driving as far as Greenwich or Stamford I'll be happy to suggest specific marinas.
