[Rhodes22-list] Terror Threats in Europe in 2011

This piece is not new, although it was not originally attributed to Mr.
Cleese back in March 2007 (http://tartfromhell.com/2007/03). It is
certainly not up to his standards.
Unfortunately, when in a "sailor's bar" (see the list charter attached pdf
or at http://www.rhodes22.org/list/ ), some folks will not agree with
everything said and even feel offended from time to time. I am sorry that
you take offense with what Bob thought was undoubtably a funny piece. I am
sure that he meant no harm. Sailors, by their nature, can be crude and are
rarely politically correct. They will gladly provide tons of information
about sailing and life, particularly issues concerning the Rhodes 22, mixed
with opinions and other stuff, to prevent postings of "Is this mic on?"
during the quiet months.
Please, extend a bit of tolerance, especially during these long, snowy
winter months.

Bob,
As a European, I find this posting offensive. Besides, as this is a blog
for R22 owners, I strongly believe it would be nice to keep restrict
this nice communication tool to matters related to sailing and Rhodes22
technical tips and questions. There is no need to add further trash to
the irritating flow of spam on e-mails.
