Here's Stan's ladder.  Works well but the newer version has flat steps for
us tenderfoots:

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a swim ladder?  We have metal  
tube railing at the stern,  plus the two swivel seats.  I wonder if  
anyone has found a removable gunwale ladder that works well?
