[Rhodes22-list] Correct Part?

The first thing he needs is a new and whole cleat. Looking at the photo  
closely you can see that his current cleat is broken. If I remember correctly, 
 the cleat gets narrower towards the stern so it would make sense that this 
 arrangement is not currently catching his line.
