Hello Luiz and welcome back. We're looking like the list of old w/both you & slim back in the fold.
I have the Tohatsu 9.8 and added a high-thrust prop to deal w/the currents on the river. No probs.

I'm going to try the heat method first as I do not want to deal with any
chemicals inside the cabin. Googling "3m 5200 remover" was how I found the heat
method. I also found "antibond", but I read that it will also remove your
lungs.
The epoxy is suppossed to become soft at 120 or 140 F.
I had an older rhodes whose centerboard cap was also epoxied, but the epoxy was
old and brittle and I had no problem lifting the cap
