Wow.  The dockage has gone up since I was there.  Seems like it was only $0.75 or $0.80/ft and they didn't have a 30 ft. minimum, but my memory may be wrong.  Weeches was always known as the small sailboat friendly marina in Alicetown.  I remember the owner was known to be a bit gruff, but that was just his personality.  Did they still have the talking parrot there?

I also remember trying to hail another marina when we went back to Alicetown just to try out another place.  They answered my call on the VHF (as opposed to Weeches where you just show up), but AFTER they found out how small I was they said they didn't have room.  Hmmmm.  We decided that Weeches was the most sailboat friendly place despite the owner, who was probably just hungover.  Saw him later in the day and he was quite friendly.
