[Rhodes22-list] Centerboard lifting mechanism

I'll try to get some pictures up this weekend. May very well be an inspection
plate but it is fiberglass mat and resin and the centerboard block system, I
think was bolted to it. I will probably replace the plate with stainless
steel.
