Nice!  That should be a fun project.  I had some neighbors here a few 
years ago with a Catalina 22.  But they left it tied at the dock with 
the keel down.  Lake level dropped over night, then waves bounced it up 
and down on the keel until it broke thru the trunk.  Ugh... they got rid 
of it.  Hope it's not the same one ;-)
