   My sister Janet in Connecticut lost her battle with cancer.  It was a
   very difficult time for my family.  My father was unable to say
   goodbye and spend the last days with her due to an illness and near
   stroke.    I would like to thank everyone here on the Rhodes list who
   kept me and my family in their prayers.  Your kind wishes and thoughts
   are much appreciated.
