Just got around to reading these.  Thanks so much for sharing.  I agree with your assessment of if you wait until you're ready you'll never do it.  Sure, you would do some things differently, but you survived to write the story!  Thanks - rob

As an astound literary and seamanship critic I give you two thumbs up!

Seasickness isn't a problem where I sail and I had no idea you could do
anything about it beyond medication.  Aside from staying onboard, I would
have never thought about doing critical tasks in rough seas; especially
refueling.   ...and who would think to check local mosquito conditions when
planning a trip?  Very entertaining and educational.

Anxiously awaiting more--thanks!
