I didn't think I had any info here, but you're in luck: I scanned the UPCs
for all the electronics & labeled them, and I found the file. The answer is
(drum roll, please)
Xantrex Linklite (or Link Lite?) battery monitor.

Richard, you are correct about monitoring both batteries, although I'm not
sure what would be happening when I have my battery switch set to "Both".
What I do now is check each battery by selecting them (1 or 2) with the
battery switch and viewing the display on the monitor.
