[Rhodes22-list] Grilling on a Rhodes

Mounted our Magma on the stern rail next to the ladder.  By dropping the
ladder you have a bit more access while cooking.  Left the grill mounted
for the day while using it but never left if on the rail indefinitely.  Too
many loose pieces.
