Hi All,
Regrettably, Sharon and I need to sell our Rhodes 22, named Harmony, due to
health reasons.
We trailer sail, and we need to move to something smaller and lighter.
Our Rhodes is a 2000 model that was recycled by Stan in 2008.  It is in
very good shape.
I have done quite a bit of work on it since we purchased it and we have
bought a new Yamaha
9.9 hp 4 stroke outboard for it since the old one crapped out.  The boat
has the electric lift/tilt for the outboard.
I've replaced all the nav lights.  Last summer I sanded the hull below the
waterline and applied two coats of
Petit Hydrocoat which Petit tells me is best for trailer sailing but also
good for in a slip.  I've repaired minor
damage on rudder and centerboard,.  Sails were new in 2008 and the boat has
not been sailed extensively since.
We had it out for three, week long excursions on the coast.  Otherwise it
has been 2 and 3 day sails on Douglas Lake.
Boat has a bimini.  Boat color is dark green above waterline.  Will provide
pictures.
The trailer was new in 2008, and I purchased a spare tire for it and
changed the trailer lights over to LED's and
ran good quality marine tined wire including a physical ground wire.
It comes with a VHF radio connected to GPS with built in maps.  I'll get
the brand names of the gadgets
for anyone interested.
Boat is set up with porta potti.  If you want the one we've been using,
it's yours.  It is about 2" taller than the ones
people usually use on the Rhodes but we liked the features of it.  It's a
Thetford.
We are asking $25,000. for the package.  We are located in Knoxville, TN.
