[Rhodes22-list] Ballast

Rhodes built without the diamond board use a centerboard that looks exactly
like the rudder blade. The centerboard on my 71 weighs 100 lbs. That might
explain your 600lbs. My boat and trailer hit the scales at 3480# empty and
the trailer was 800# so the boat was ~ 2680 give or take a few.
