[Rhodes22-list] IMF Lubrication

I'm thinking it would be a good thing to spray some lubrication into the bottom bearings of my IMF (probably the top bearing also but I don't realy want to drop the mast just for that and certainly am not a fan of climbing up there). Any suggestions on what lubricant would be best?
