[Rhodes22-list] Ballast ?

Rick,

I agree but the scream-o-meter is usually reading about 45 degrees on my
boat when I'm burying the rail.  Weather and lee helms can be attributed to
boat design and unbalanced sails, but in general the more you heel the more
you'll head up into the wind.
