[Rhodes22-list] wood finish

I am in the process of installing teak and holly 1/2" plywood cabin sole over
the 1/2" hardieboard that has begun to fail.  I plan to use a teak sealer
and poly finish for the cabin sole project.  My boat is only a few years old
now and I am curious what type of wood Stan used for the other interior
areas such as the door to the head and and cabin bench.  What type of
finish/maintanance should  be used for these wood interior components?  Keep
natural and just clean occasionally, murphy's oil, teak oil?  I don't plan
to apply any type of poly finish to the other wood items but am curious what
others do with the wood if anything.
