The mouth of the Potomac can be a rough ride. I've been lucky that it's not been bad at all the times I've been through there.
This'll give us something to look forward to ...these last few days have been COLD!

We'll certainly keep that in mind. Dockage and a party always sound
good though if we party too much we may not make it up the Bay.
I've had several people warn me to avoid the mouth of the Potomac
which can evidently be nasty when winds and tides oppose so it (liek
the rest of the trip) may be weather dependent. We will keep people
updated as out plans evolve. Of course they'll probably change on the
fly as well.
