Lee,

Real sorry to about this especially since you're at the start of the
sailing season.  Was their view of you blocked by their sail?  Maybe you
could have tacked real quick and then it would have been a glancing blow
instead of a t-bone?

So when did the other guy realize he was going to hit?  Did he have
insurance?  Does he accept responsibility?

Keep us posted on your success with the insurance folks.
