So sorry to hear about this... heartbreaking. Hope all works out for you
and you're back on the water soon. I recently had a situation where I was
on a ST and a much larger s/v was on a PT. Were were on collision course.
Like you, I thought he was just getting close to say hi. When we were close
enough to see their crews' positions on board it was obvious they had no
intention of giving way so I gave way. After hearing your story next time I
will give way even sooner. We can say hi back at the marina.
