[Rhodes22-list] Motorized motor lift.

I do not have the powered motor lift and don't know how it differs from my standard GB pulley-operated lift, but I spray WD-40 liberally on a paper towel and rub it in the aluminum channel on each side of the lift every spring and it keeps things working smoothly all summer.  Doesn't seem to wash off, even with the boat on a fairly exposed mooring.

Elton showed me how.

No, it washes away almost instantly.
