[Rhodes22-list] wind vane

We have the Davis Spar-fly. We like it a lot. WM and others have 
replacement vanes if that's all you need. We like it becuse it gives 
less of a perch than the Windex vanes - we lost several of them to large birds.

Telltales on the shrouds are great but a vane aloft has also seemed 
useful to us.
