Steve,

 I put 100 lbs both port and starboard where the boat is the widest ~ under
the 1 st cabin window. My boat does not have the enclosed head so access is
easy. the remaining 100lbs went under the floor of the galley on the boats
centerline. All added ballast was secured to prevent shifting when underway
(very important).
