[Rhodes22-list] Painting over scratch

Ozone has a scratch that took all the paint of a small area of the hull about
1 and 1/2 inch long down to the hull - no paint.  I have some touch up paint
the same color from the previous owner.  What is the best way to repaint
that area?  Any temp considerations?  Ozone will be in a 54 degree inside
storage.
