Ron,
The easiest way to navigate around the marina is to get a fancy
motor-rudder linkage from Stan, If that is out of reach, add an extension
to your motor tiller. I also had Sailing, Inc add an engine speed and
direction single lever remote control in my cockpit to keep me facing
forward while motoring.
Docking in a more protected marina also helps.
