Good times on a nice R22 has whetted out appetite for more. More time on
the water, more room on the boat we sail. As a result, a well appointed and
maintained R22 is becoming available.

An '83 with IMF, reconditioned initially by the previous owners in 2005.
Then, we had Stan do a number of things in 2010 including:

Decrazing the fiberglass
New Sails
Pulverizing potty
Hull and bottom paint
Stainless steel hand rails
updated motor lift

And we added:
New motor spring of '11
New cushions fall of '11
Lowrance chart plotter/fish finder

This is probably not all - questions about any aspect welcome.

Over 26K invested over all, but we are realistic. All reasonable offers
will be considered.
