[Rhodes22-list] Pop Top Enclosure

Sailing with the boom in the up position is no problem (in fact, we have
never lowered it), but having the pop top enclosure in place and closed
makes it hard to see where you're going, so we usually leave the pop top up
and remove the enclosure for sailing. The enclosure folds down easily into
a 10 gal. Roughneck tote and stows under the bench.
