Go ahead and mount them on the edge with screws. Just use a good bedding
compound to seal them.

on the edge. I attached about 1 foot of plastic tubing to the lines with

was a metal piece that might be attached to the edge but I haven't seen
anything like that. Others may have better ideas.

Thanks Graham. I can easily use thru bolts in that position. I was thinking
that I had to mount on the outer raised edge & the interior must be
disassembled to create access to the bolts. As long as your position will
keep the pennants clear of the forestay strap, I am good to do it there.
