[Rhodes22-list] Pop top mast connection

I made my own pop-top clip. It's not as slick as Stan's but it can be made
with standard off-the-shelf fittings. .....1 shroud adjuster, 1 saddle, 1
carbineer clip.

The pics show the pop-top fitting and clip on the mast (just below the
gooseneck) I made the mast clip stand-out by wrapping tape around but I
will replace this with a whipping.
