[Rhodes22-list] Use of traveler?

Happy Holidays and New Years to all of you. Though I rarely post, I always read the listserv as a source of relaxation from the aggravations of the day. But I am finally moved to admit that I don't know how or when to use my traveler - which is clearly well designed. Under what conditions would I release the lines and move the car?
