[Rhodes22-list] Old style furler question

Thanks Rummy. There is a black plastic dowel about 5" cut in half and drilled
that fits in the furler tube secured by screws. The little ball in question
was sitting below this. I wonder if the black plastic thing turns on top of
this or if it should somehow be inside the plastic.
