[Rhodes22-list] IMF Outhaul

Mary Lou: I replaced it with this product:

Then I used a loop of line to attach the hardware for both the clew and
outhaul sides. I've only sailed with this configuration for a couple of
times but on both those occasions all went well. Geoff
