[Rhodes22-list] How to lock rudder pintles?

Rob,

Agree.  I'm guessing the clutch that holds the rudder in place would loosen
enough for the rudder to kick up if you hit something.  In my unlikely event
the stern probably bounced up and knocked everything loose.
