[Rhodes22-list] Shroud and Stay adjustments

Geoff,

If I tighten my stays as much as possible by hand, my leeward shrouds are
usually visibly loose when pointing.

I'm curious how many pounds would be measured by a loos gauge on the
windward shroud.
