Yes, Ted. i have done so and I believe several others have also.

I needed better bite when maneuvering into my dock. I get less speed if motoring but don't care. Now when I make the tight turn to get into my dock it responds immediately instead of drifting for 15 feet or so while it thinks about it.

If you want info I can go down to the dockbox (about 50 feet!) & get the info for you.

Fellow Rhodies, Quick question...Has anyone with a Tohatsu 9.8, or similar
motor, changed the stock propeller in an effort to increase overall
performance? I have new 20in 9.8 and I an considering replacing the
propeller.
