[Rhodes22-list] Rudder attachment

Charles,
That's very similar to ours but ours doesn't have the catch. I think 
we put a hose clamp on it after we kicked it off once coming over the 
shallows near Swan Creek. Thankfully Fred was able to hang on to the 
tiller and the rudder didn't hit the prop.
