[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes 22 damaged by Sandy

I see a sad looking R22 for sale on the Yacht Salvage site. I am trying to
find the original owner to see if she is damaged beyond repair or is she
salvageable  I am also trying to find out what equipment is on board
(Engine, sails etc.) as I am currently restoring another R22 and maybe I can
use this one to make one good one. 

Any help would be appreciated
