[Rhodes22-list] Hull depth

I do not recommend screwing to the hull, especially in the bilge, as it will
invite water into the fiberglass layers. This may cause delamination in
freezing climates and water seepage into voids in all locations. I suggest
mounting the pump to a nearby wood stringer using a right angle bracket.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Hull depth
Hello to all the soon to splash Rhodies here in the NE (and elsewhere, of
course).
Hey, what's the thickness of the hull in the bilge area. I want to install
a float switch for a bilge pump and wonder what depth I can screw to,
safely, without inviting in the brackish environment below. Thanks.
