[Rhodes22-list] Outboard motor setup

i have the 5hp LEHR and the GB-installed linkage. 5hp seems enough for me
and the linkage works pretty well. i opted for the big cylinder of propane
in the lazerette, but that may have been unnecessary.
with stan's outboard lift, the whole thing works easily. on/y problem is
the shifter on the cowling is kind of flimsy-maybe they've upgraded it
since.
