[Rhodes22-list] Suggestion for a new motor

Hi Bruce. My boat is headed home tomorrow after wintering in Edenton. All
new electric, plumbing, rigging, hull repairs, hatches, etc. Stan and
Edvin did an amazing job of working together remotely to solve problems and
get the refit done.

I did get the updated motor lift and a new steering linkage. I sent the
cowling to the motor to GBI and they installed the pin for the steering
linkage. I may have to do some adjusting once the motor is mounted. I'm
having the new Yamaha 9.9 installed at Catalano's in Byram. I've worked
with them to figure out how to install a flush mount shift/throttle control
and order the parts. I'm thinking of installing it either on the front of
the lazarete or on the transom. Will let you know how it goes and post
pictures.

Dave
