[Rhodes22-list] IMF replacing line

The easiest way is to drop the mast and drop the furler mechanism out the  
bottom. Installation is apparent once it's out of the mast. I have added a 
wrap  or two with the mast up, but it's quite tedious and a real pain in the  
arse.

What is the best way to replace the retrieving line on  the IMF?
It appears to be a mast dropping project.
Is it a figure 8  ending knot inside of the tube that keeps the line secure?
