[Rhodes22-list] need advice on reattaching the mast winch block

Steve,

You don't use glue but sealant to prevent water incursion into the plywood/fiberglass sandwich that makes the deck.  I use 3M 4200 which is not permanent. Makes it easier to remove later. If the screw holes are stripped you can fill them w epoxy, redrill & reseat the mount plate.
