Under those conditions, lower pop top, lower main sail slider on mast. Full or close to full main. Tighten the Rhodes equivalent of the out hall to flatten main. Unfurl the 150 until you feel comfortable with the heel.
On a close reach, put on a bit of windward traveler to center the boom. If a gust hits, reduce traveler, then tighten again when boat has a comfortable heel. Centerboard fully down when on close reach. crew Weight forward
On broad reach a lot of centerboard prevents an uncontrolled breach, but slows the boat. A bit more genny gives more speed.
On a run, full main, full genny, just a bit of centerboard, traveler centered. Weight in stern.
