[Rhodes22-list] What is this device? And raising, lowering IMF main

I'm also clueless as to how you move IMF main sail and boom up and down
mast, e.g., lower it for high winds, raise it for light wind days when you
want pop top open.

Hoping to kill two questions with one post.
