[Rhodes22-list] Gotta Move South - Suggestions?

I am with theodore.  I highly recommend the st johns river in putnam county.  Awesome sailing 8-9 months out of the year, no state income tax, inexpensive land and homes, great public boat ramps, and nice people. The summer months could be spent in st augustine where there is always an ocean breeze.
