[Rhodes22-list] Gotta Move South - Suggestions?

Having lived 32 years in St Louis before moving to Lake Erie I can recommend Southwest Missouri and Northern Arkansas for mild climate big lakes to sail on and very modest cost of living and of course Branson and fishing.
