Interestingly enough one person somehow has the answer - you are all 
sailing in the wrong country - Neil Taylor is so busy sailing those 
wonderful Australian waters (below) I can't get him to write.   But he 
may have empathy for those sailing in third world countries and let the 
List in collectively to his source?   His last known whereabouts was:  
nvtaylor at bigpond.com   The "V" in the address represents his wonderful 
first mate "Vicki".

stan  PS:  for those who want to go non-remote we have a loss leader 
rocker switch set up for $60 plus  $40 S&H.  (Installation instructions 
are $200 - have to make money in this business somehow but it will be 
our luck that everyone on the List will figure that part out for 
themselves.)
