[Rhodes22-list] Water tank removal and balance

I keep it on a mooring in Shinnecock Bay, Hampton Bays.
I inherited the family yacht last year from my dad, who sailed it out
of Massapequa, on the Great South Bay, since he bought it from his
buddy in 1989. I have never had water in the tank, but plan to rebuild
the galley, add an electric pump and new faucet and sink.
