Excellent advise already given. Pull up carpets and check for delamination of
the plywood floor or sagging around bottom of mast compression post. Too bad
not still in water to check for centerboard trunk leaks. At the 2 to 3k
price range most things can be fixed fairly easy. As long as hull is sound
and no soft spots on deck and cabintop it should be pretty good. On mine I
had to redo centerboard gasket, replace cockpit drain and replace some
chainplates and that was not as big of deal as I expected.
