[Rhodes22-list] Forestay Kaput...Jib "curler"

Got my rigging back from the shop but I am missing the little metal ring that
keeps the furling tube from sliding down into the fork terminal.  Isn't
there supposed to be some kind of stop about 8 inches or so from the bow
attachment of the furler on the forestay?  I'm thinking there needs to be
something pressed on there.  Any suggestions or help out there would be
appreciated.
